01 · Cancellation

Cooking Class Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations, respect preparation time, and honour the work of our women chefs and local suppliers, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Individual bookings (up to 5 guests): free of charge if cancelled at least 6 days before the scheduled cooking class. Cancellations after this deadline are charged 100% of the service fee.
• Group bookings (6 guests and more): free of charge if cancelled at least 10 days before the scheduled cooking class. Cancellations after this deadline are charged 100% of the service fee.

We kindly appreciate your understanding, these conditions allow us to secure fresh ingredients in advance, confirm our women chefs, and maintain the highest quality experience for every guest.

Payment Policy

The Partner is required to settle the total amount of the pro-forma invoice 15 days prior to the guests’ arrival.
